Commercial, Industrial, and Agriculture Concrete Construction

Five service lines, one crew, one point of contact. Below is what we pour and build across Twin Falls and Southern Idaho, with the Idaho general-contractor credentials to back it up.

Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF)

ICF construction puts structure and insulation in the same wall. Forms stack, steel goes in, concrete fills the core, and the finished wall holds temperature far better than stick framing. We form, pour, and finish ICF walls and foundations across Southern Idaho.

  • ICF foundation and basement walls
  • Full-height ICF building shells
  • Reinforcement and bracing to engineered spec
  • Coordination with the rest of the build

How We Work

A predictable path from first call to final walk-through.

  1. 01

    Initial Conversation

We talk through the project: site, scope, timeline, budget range. No charge, no pressure, no obligation to move forward.

  2. 02

    Site Walk & Quote

We walk the property, take measurements, and put together a written quote that is honest about scope, materials, and schedule.

  3. 03

    Plan & Schedule

Once the quote is approved, we sequence the work, coordinate any subs, and give you a real start date rather than a vague window.

  4. 04

    Build & Communicate

We run the job. You get straight answers on progress, delays, and decisions, not silence between invoices.

  5. 05

    Final Walk-Through

We walk the finished project together, handle any punch-list items on the spot, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us what you are thinking about and we will walk you through what is realistic for your site, budget, and timeline.
